Morocco - 1 week tour

Plan of an example tour of Morocco:

Saturday. Arrival to Marrakech, checking in to a small French guesthouse just outside the city center.

Sunday. In the morning after gear checkup ride towards the Assillah falls (180 km) and overnighting at a local clean & comfortable guest house.

Monday. Ride to Assilah – Dades (230 km) with spectacular views. Over the Atlas mountains to the rose valley of Dades. Overnighting at Xaluca Dadaes (www.xaluca.com)

Tuesday. Dades – Merzouga (350km). In the morning we head off towards the desert of Sahara. Later this day we hit the first dunes of Sahara and arrive to the Tombouctou hotel near the dunes.

Wednesday. Enjoying the ride at Er Chebb dunes and have a drink at Oasis Ouriba. Later on we visit the fabulous Rissan markets. Staying in the same hotel as previous night.

Thursday. From Merzouga we head towards west to Ouarzazate (430 km) although we first ride 100km deeper in to the desert of Sahara. Overnighting at Hotel Mercure (****)

Friday. Ride from Ouarzazate over the Atlas mountains towards Marrakech (230km) where we arrive around lunch time. Lunch and overnighting at the same French guesthouse as on the first night. In the evening dinner together in Marrakech!

Saturday. Explore Marrakech with your own pace! Staying at the same hotel as previous night.

Sunday. Morning flight back home!

Prices:

Price for the tour is 2500 EUR per person including Spanish VAT (IVA 16%). Price is calculated for a group of 6-10 persons.

Price includes:

- Bike (BMW G450X) with fuel and wearing parts

- Hotels and meals

- Airport transports

- Service of bikes and transport of your personal belongings (20kg soft bag) between the hotels

Price does NOT include:

- Flight tickets

- Damaged bike parts/riding gear caused by a crash

- Rent for riding gear (25 EUR)

- Extra services at hotels (spa, massage, minibar etc.)

- Own meals/snacks/drinks outside the “official” meals

We are covered by a Spanish insurance but we recommend checking and possibly updating your personal travel insurance for your trip.
